Our criteria addresses all aspects of becoming sustainable and will show you how to turn your company green from the front to back door. It includes more than just the common 3 R’s, reduce, reuse, and recycle. We add 2 more R’s, re-imagine and re-design. The system will not only look at the 5 R’s, but also make sure your facilities Health & Safety issues are up to date as well as your legal requirements such as permits and licenses.

But that’s just the start. What really makes our program unique is the way we get everyone in your organization to become part of the program. We know that a successful program must include your entire organization. Who better to address these issues than the people that actually are involved every day?  People take ownership of the things they create and those who feel part of the program will develop a “passion for green” and make the program a success. We help you put together an employee “Green Team” that becomes responsible for all your environmental efforts. We train your team to identify areas for improvement and show them how to get everyone involved to achieve the goal.

We have developed a “User Friendly” Environmental Management System (EMS) that teaches your team to continually improve your environmental impact, be sure your facility remains clean and safe, and keeps you in compliance with OSHA and other regulation that apply to your industry, one project at a time.

We work with your team to do a “Risk Assessment” of your facility and create a report that will show them what and how to make the facility safe and clean. We train all your employees on general safety issues, help create emergency evacuation plans, include Haz-Mat and other OSHA required training and more – It’s all part of the program and what makes the Strategic program so comprehensive and unique.

Considering the road to becoming a sustainable company is a long journey, we know that we can’t expect you to pay us for years to get you to your destination. That’s why we have developed the program to teach and coach your employees to work with it, without our constant help. Our goal is to show your organization how to continually improve your environmental impact and address Health & Safety as an ongoing part of life.
